IPOH: “Saya tak sangka hobi baru ayah bermain kapal terbang kawalan jauh sejak setahun lalu menjadi punca kematiannya walaupun saya tahu ia tidak disengajakan.

“Lebih menyedihkan, saya tak sempat berjumpanya sebelum kejadian dan hanya menatap wajahnya ketika dia koma sebelum menghembuskan nafas terakhir,” kata Ridzuan Mosthafa, 24, anak sulung Mosthafa Osman, 48, yang maut selepas dilanggar sebuah kapal terbang kawalan jauh milik rakannya, kelmarin.

Menurutnya, ketika kejadian, ayahnya bersama beberapa rakan sedang bermain kapal terbang kawalan jauh di Bandar Saujana Putra, dekat Puchong, Selangor, kira-kira jam 10 pagi.

“Saya difahamkan pada hari kejadian, ayah tiba lewat di kawasan berkenaan, manakala rakannya yang lain sudah mula bermain.

“Ketika ayah sedang sibuk memasang dan memeriksa kapal terbangnya, tiba-tiba sebuah kapal terbang milik rakannya hilang kawalan sebelum melanggar belakang kepala ayah,” katanya ketika ditemui di rumah datuknya di Rapat Setia di sini, semalam.

Kesan hentakan kuat itu, mangsa terus rebah di tempat kejadian akibat cedera parah di kepala dan dikejarkan Hospital Putrajaya sebelum dimasukkan ke Unit Rawatan Rapi (ICU).

Bagaimanapun, mangsa yang juga seorang ahli perniagaan hanya bertahan kira-kira enam jam sebelum menghembuskan nafas terakhirnya jam 4 petang.

Ridzuan berkata, dia tidak bertemu arwah ayah sejak lebih seminggu lalu kerana sebelum ini, ayahnya mempunyai kerja luar di Kelantan selama 10 hari.

Katanya, mereka sekeluarga dimaklumkan mengenai kejadian itu agak lewat kerana ayahnya tidak membawa dompet ketika kejadian dan rakan mangsa terpaksa menggeledah keretanya untuk mendapatkan alamat rumah.

“Sebelum kejadian arwah tidak menunjukkan apa-apa perubahan, cuma dia membeli sebiji bantal dan tilam baru dan apabila ditanya mengapa membelinya, dia hanya mendiamkan diri.

“Namun, saya sama sekali tak sangka itu petanda arwah akan meninggalkan kami untuk selama-lamanya,” katanya.

Jenazah Mosthafa dikebumikan di Tanah Perkuburan Kampung Melayu, Sungai Rapat, selepas solat Zuhur, semalam.

Sementara itu, difahamkan ketika kejadian, mangsa sedang membaiki kapal terbangnya, manakala rakannya yang berpengalaman 10 tahun menerbangkan pesawat kawalan jauh khusyuk bermain tanpa mempedulikan mangsa di sebelah.

Sejurus kemudian, kapal terbang yang dikendalikannya mengalami masalah mekanikal sebelum hilang kawalan dan menjunam tepat mengenai kepala mangsa sebelum dia rebah dan pengsan.

Ketua Polis Daerah Kuala Langat, Superintendan Mohamad Radzi Ishak, berkata ketika kejadian mangsa dan rakannya baru sejam bermain kapal terbang kawalan jauh.

“Polis merakam percakapan seorang lelaki berusia 49 tahun bagi membantu siasatan berhubung kejadian ini,” katanya di sini, semalam.

Mohamad Radzi berkata, kes itu disiasat mengikut Seksyen 304(A) Kanun Keseksaan kerana menyebabkan kematian dengan cuai yang memperuntukkan penjara tidak lebih dua tahun atau denda atau kedua-duanya.

Difahamkan, rakan mangsa yang juga pengarah urusan sebuah syarikat dan tinggal di Petaling Jaya, membeli kapal terbang kawalan jauh model Richmodel Quickie 40 di Amcorp Mall, Petaling Jaya, dengan harga RM1,000.

Sementara itu, tinjauan di kediaman mangsa di Taman Perumahan D’Pinggiran Kemuning, Seksyen 30, Kota Kemuning, dekat Klang, semalam mendapati kediaman itu tertutup rapat dan beberapa jiran yang ditemui berkata, semua ahli keluarganya ke Perak bagi urusan pengebumian mangsa.

Seorang jiran mangsa yang enggan namanya disiarkan berkata, dia dimaklumkan beberapa jiran terdekat arwah sebelum itu baru pulang dari tugasan di Kelantan sebelum singgah sebentar di rumahnya meletakkan tilam tradisional dan bantal kekabu yang dibelinya.

“Dia terus mengambil kapal terbang dan bergegas keluar,” katanya menambah arwah sangat peramah malah disenangi masyarakat di situ.

“Dia memang baik dan saya dengar baru-baru ini dia dilantik menjadi imam di sebuah masjid,” katanya. - Mymetro

The original part from Thunder Tiger, a new Piston for Pro-50H(R). Part no.: AN0273, ordered from Rotor Hobby S'pore.

Connecting rod and piston ring installed. I still used back the old connecting rod, piston ring, wrist pin and circlip.

Dismantled Pro-50H (R). The cylinder liner and other parts are still in good condition, so I used'm back.
